TL;DR
I did quite a bit of research & ultimately I got what I expected from that; a decent price, easy pick up process, a great product, but terrible pre & post sales support including missing parts & outdated manuals.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pre-purchase I asked about getting a particular bundle of TR120, wheel plate, pedal plate & flight arms. I saw that they offered a TR120 flight bundle, but I wanted a different wheel & pedal plate. I expected this would be a simple request; these kits are made up of a bunch of SKUs that are separately boxed. I wasn't asking them to break up sealed new boxes that contained kits, just offer a particular combination of components for a better price. My alternative was to spend a lot more & end up with not the exact combination of parts.
The staff member I spoke to was super friendly & seemed positive about my chances of being able to get that particular combination of components. They said they would be in touch & i the end I got an email back saying no; they didn't tell me why they couldn't help me out.
I went in person to their showroom in Melbourne to ask the question. None of the rigs were setup & working to have a proper go on, several of them having been visibly disassembled as though they had scavenged parts for special projects or customers in need.
They couldn't tell me whether the VKB Gladiator would be compatible with their flight arms & universal mounting plates - it is - but I was surprised as they are a popular brand & I'm…
