Great piece of gear
I haven't put it to use yet but, I installed it with my tubular freestanding monitor stand. The monitor stand has a 49 inch curve monitor on it. I have the monitor so close to the wheel that it interfers with the mouse pad so I attached the mouse pad mount to one of the pre-existing monitor stand bolts (see photo)

Couldn’t do without this!
A couple of times this collapsed before I realised I hadn’t tightened the smaller bolts when assembling. I am super happy with this and love how it swings out the way while driving. Very robust and sturdy. A cool touch would’ve been an additional neoprene mouse pad - the mouse has fallen off a few times due to vibration. Overall though, stoked! 🙌🏼

Perfect addition!

Great concept - careful not to over tighten
This works well and is very useful in practise. Be careful not to over tighten the bolts as the metal threads in the tube can be easily stripped, ask me how I know. The metal is alloy and not very forgiving if the Allen bolts are tighten too much.
