Terms & Conditions: Trak Racer Giveaway: Alpine Racing TRX

  • Campaign Period: The giveaway runs from 09/10/2024 to 31/10/2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.
  • Eligibility: Open to residents of EU, UK, CA, US and AU aged 18 years and above. Employees of Trak Racer/Alpine Racing, their families, and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter.
  • How to Enter: Participants must sign up through the official campaign page during the campaign period. Only one entry per person is allowed or official Facebook/Instagram lead form.
  • Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be contacted via the email provided. The winner must claim the prize within 21 days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
  • Announcement Date: The winner will be announced on 06/11/2024.
  • Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery from the date of the winner's confirmation.
  • Conditions of Participation: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participants agree that their name, photo, or likeness may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Privacy: Your personal information will be used strictly in accordance with Trak Racer/Alpine Racing's privacy policy, and will not be shared with any third parties except for the purposes of administering this competition.
  • Limitation of Liability: Trak Racer/Alpine Racing is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or any other matters beyond our control that could affect participation.
