I installed this on a Next Level Racing Cockpit that did not offer a single mount option that is attached to the cockpit itself, I was running a separate stand from them. Now with this Trak Racer mount, is sleek, use less space and the monitor can stay closer to me and the wheel. Increasing the immersion and also allowing me to be ready for the next upgrade, full motion system. Well done Trak Racer, this thing is a beast.

Adds a beautiful layer of for my sim racing. Allows me to have a full sized dash at just a glance. Excellent rigidity, easy assembly. Definitely worth the money if you are looking for a upper monitor mount!

I bought this to mount my new 49" ultrawide. I wanted to future proof for when I decided to do a triple mount. Everything went together perfectly customer support was quick and easy to work with for the assistance I needed. The mount is rigid and holds the monitor with no trouble at all. Rough as I may be the monitor shows no sign of movement. I am very please and would recommend this mount to anyone who is in the market.

I bought this at the discounted price of 100€ and for this money it's definitely worth it. At the original 299€, not sure about it...
Anyway, the product is relatively solid, there is of course some movement when playing compared to a standalone stand but you only notice that when trying it without actually playing. When playing, I really don't notice it at all so I don't think that's an issue you should be worried about.
There are two issues that you should be worried about:
1. Small issue, easily fixable but kinda silly from TR: if you're getting the wheels for the TR8 Pro (the official wheels, sold by TR), this makes the TR8 a bit taller and so... the legs of the monitor stand can no longer reach the floor :))) As I said, easily fixable but very silly from TR to make just a mistake. All they had to do was to also include a longer threaded bar for each leg, in case you are using with TR8 wheels.
2. This is the bigger issue, just as easily fixable and I would say just as silly from TR. If you install the stand as the instructions show, the distance from your eyes to the central monitor will be around 1 meter, which is WAY too much. The adjustment part only allows you to move it even further, which makes no sense, I have no idea why anyone would need to mount the screens even further away for that.
