Very nice stand, I could mount my Samsung G9 49" and it really changes my setup, I can now put my screen exactly where I want. Really happy with it.
I would put 5 stars for the result, but I had a few problems mounting it:
- I may be dumb, but following the manual, I ended up with 8 M8x16 screws to mount the horizontal bar,
and they wouldn't work. So I removed the M8x20 screws from the connectors for the vertical bars, and replaced them with M8x16, and used the M8x20 to mount the horizontal bar.
- In the manual, in step 6A, it says to use M8x16, but in step 8, it says to use M8x20. This is to mount the same thing, depending if you add the extra bars at the extremities of the horizontal bar. So I think there might be things to review on the manual.
- Not sure why, but couldn't you just put only M8x20 screws instead of the M8x16?
- One of the plastic cache for the 80x40 was broken, although still able to mount it. I attached a picture. No big deal, but not sure if it's a transport issue, or something else, just wanted to let you know.
- Last thing, and biggest hurdle I had, but no fault on Trak Racer part, I'm just mentioning it in case it can help someone else: Mounting a Samsung G9 49" curved monitor; mine has VESA mounting screw holes, unlike older generations which require an adapter supposedly provided in he original box, but the surface is quite small and the plate provided by Trak Racer won't fit as is. I managed to mount it by adding some washers between the…

Just another well designed extremely sturdy mount. Everything fit perfectly. I used this with the tr80 for a 49" ultrawide. I also received the monitor mount which make adjustments extremely easy.
