    Solid piece, does the job well!

    Solid piece does the job well, one thing that's not mentioned so I'll mention it here if you put that on, and you want to do a flight sim setup with control panels on both sides you'll be dissatisfied as it takes the mounting point of either left or right sides shifter, and then you can't have control panels on both sides...
