Very sturdy, high quality rig
For the price, this frame is awesome. The quality is much better than any other cheap option I’ve seen or tried in the past, it’s super sturdy, and I can fold it to about half its size to save some space. It is heavy, but that’s what makes it strong and sturdy. I just use a basic office chair with it, keeping the wheels in the tray so it doesn’t slide - works great

I am so happy with this product it’s very strong and well made and accessories bolt on effortlessly I have already shared with other pilots some of Trak Racer products with very positive responses.
The FS V 2 in particular is a very handy bit of kit it’s so well designed for an entry level sim cockpit that has the manufacturing of a high end sim , I will rate it as a 10/10 pricing design and the ease of communication with Trak Racer staff .

Absolutely perfect descent, everything is solid and offers many positions. I would just choose quick-release bolts next time for easier height changes.
for more than 5Nm I would choose a stronger model.

Excellent, but improvable
A very solid bit of kit, well designed overall ... does what it's meant to do as a stable platform for racing that is also moderately foldable when not in use. The chair wheel-tray is very effective.
Folding however means loosening at least 8 bolts with an Allen key, 16 is better, which is fiddly. The bolts are also tightening on very strong plastic which will wear. I have modified mine with large washers and Bristol levers, which makes things very much simpler and quicker.
A minor thing ... most of the bolts are knurled for thumb-tightening and an Allen key is provided for fully tightening ... but there are a few that need a 13 mm spanner or socket ... it would have been nice if one was provided.
