Simagic P1000 Hydraulic Braking System – P-HYS Series Upgrade for Realistic Brake Feel
The Simagic P1000 Hydraulic Braking System (P-HYS series) is engineered to bring authentic race-car brake dynamics to your sim racing setup. Designed as an upgrade module for the standard P1000 pedals (including full and inverted versions), this system replicates the progressive pressure, damping, and rebound behaviour of a real hydraulic brake system—enhancing realism, precision, and consistency under heavy use.
This hydraulic kit is built from full CNC-machined aluminium for durability and rigidity. It includes adjustable pressure pads and elastomer combinations so you can tune pedal hardness and feel according to your preferences. The assembly integrates cleanly into P1000 pedal sets, replacing or augmenting the existing mechanism to deliver a more immersive braking response.
While the system supports both P1000 and P1000i versions (inverted), note that the rotatable oil reservoir version (P-HYSi) is specifically intended to maintain functionality in inverted layouts. Compatibility is broad, but users should follow careful bleeding and installation procedures to prevent vapor lock or fluid loss during setup or maintenance.
Trak Racer is proud to offer this upgrade module as part of our role as a global Simagic distributor. With a track record since 2008, and partnerships with the BWT Alpine F1® Team and Airbus Flight Sim, we deliver simulation hardware that meets motorsport and aviation standards of fidelity, engineering, and endurance.
