Pimax Crystal Light Premium Virtual Reality Gaming Headset

The Pimax Crystal Light is a PCVR headset designed for sim racers and flight sim enthusiasts seeking high-fidelity visuals in a lightweight build. Featuring 2880 × 2880 resolution per eye, 35 PPD and up to 120Hz refresh rate with a 115° field of view. Compatible with inside-out tracking and optional Lighthouse tracking.

The Crystal Light is a streamlined iteration of the Pimax Crystal, retaining core specifications while removing features less relevant to PCVR use cases — including the battery, XR2 processor and standalone capabilities. These changes have reduced weight by 30% compared to the original, with enhanced ergonomics for improved comfort. QLED panels with optional Mini-LED local dimming deliver rich colour and contrast. Fixed Foveated Rendering 2.0 assists in compensating for GPU limitations without requiring eye-tracking. Manual IPD adjustment is available between 58–72mm.

17 Million Pixels

The display technology of the Crystal Light is a combination of QLED and Mini-LED, which allows for a very wide color gamut and even HDR. The panels have dense pixels giving resolution of 2880x2880 resolution Per Eye.

The Light has it all. It comes with integrated spatial audio, 6DOF tracking, 6DOF controllers, an ergonomical and adjustable backstrap, DisplayPort connection and more.

    Pimax crystal light

    Initially fantastic service with a very prompt delivery.

    The Crystal light is very impressive and easy to install and set up.

    Great improvement in graphic quality from my HP Reverb2.

    Works great with driving and flight sims but also with other VR title I own.
