Simucube Valo GT-23 Alcantara Version Sim Racing Steering Wheel

I’ve owned quite a few sim racing wheels over the years, but the Simucube Valo GT-23 Alcantara has quickly become my favorite. It’s one of those products that just feels premium the moment you take it out of the box.

The first thing you notice is the build quality. Everything feels incredibly solid. There’s no flex, no rattles, and every button, rotary encoder, and paddle has a crisp, satisfying feel. It gives you the confidence that it’s built to last.

The Alcantara grips are fantastic. They have just the right amount of grip without feeling overly soft, and they’re comfortable enough for long endurance sessions. Even after several hours behind the wheel, my hands never feel fatigued. With gloves on, the grip is even better.

What really impressed me is the ergonomics. Every control is exactly where I expect it to be. I don’t have to think about reaching for a button or rotary while I’m racing—they’re all within easy reach, which lets me keep my focus on the track. The magnetic shifters have a satisfying, positive click that feels precise every single time.

The integrated display and RevStripe are excellent additions. They aren’t just there for looks—they provide useful information that’s easy to read without taking your attention away from the racing. Everything feels thoughtfully designed instead of being packed with features just for the sake of it.
