The TR120S V2 Flight Simulator sees our personal creative touch which will set a new direction in the market for extruded aluminium sim rigs with a sexy curve that gives the TR120S V2 Flight Cockpit a ‘wide-body’ look. From 2008 we have learnt a lot in the sim rig space to give beginner and professional pilots and sim racers exactly what they need, for the right price!

Trak Racer cockpits use thicker aluminium profile walls than the competition and include heavier duty brackets and a better-designed chassis for extra rigidity in the yoke/wheel mount uprights. It's Strong, Extremely Adjustable, and has a huge list of available accessories. In the usual Trak Racer way, we gathered customer feedback from thousands of customers to develop the TR120S Flight Simulator.

Secure and Adjustable

If you’re a serious flight sim operator, then you have a flight yoke. Mount it up directly onto the yoke platform on the Trak Racer rig and adjust as required into the most comfortable position.

Rigidity and Fine-tune Adjustment

Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.

DUAL-LOCK SEAT SLIDER KIT INCLUDED

The TR Premium seat slider runner kit will give you quick adjustments of the seat position and lock you in with the least amount of play.

    TR120S V2 with Flight Seat

    Overall, I’m very happy with the TR120S V2 frame itself. It is extremely solid, well built, and once assembled, feels like a high-quality piece of equipment. For the frame, I would honestly give it 10/10.

    That said, the assembly process could be improved. I don’t mind spending time building a cockpit like this, but there are a few relatively simple changes that would make the experience much easier.

    The biggest issue I had was screw identification. There are several different types and lengths of M8 screws, and at times I found myself second-guessing which screw was supposed to be used in each location. Better labeling, clearer identification of the different M8 screws, and perhaps a more detailed hardware chart would make a big difference.

    I would also recommend including a few more spare screws and pieces of hardware. Having only the exact number required can be frustrating if one gets misplaced during assembly.

    Customer Service

    I do want to give credit where it’s deserved: customer service was very good.

    When I contacted Trak Racer about some missing screws, they were helpful and responsive in getting the issue addressed. That was a positive part of the experience and gave me confidence that they stand behind their products.

    The Flight Seat

    Unfortunately, this is where my experience was much less positive.

    The included flight seat feels very inexpensive compared with the quality of the TR120S V2 frame. The reclining mechanism in particular doesn't feel very sturdy…
