The TR160 V5 FLIGHT SIMULATOR is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR160. From 2019 to 2021, the TR160 was the King of Flight Sims. It ticks all of the boxes for a Flight Sim Rig that demands to be the most adjustable and strongest in it’s class with thicker aluminium profile walls than it’s competition and includes the best designed mounts and 160x40mm aluminium brackets for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights. It's Strong, Extremely Adjustable, and has a huge list of available accessories. Secure and Adjustable
If you’re a serious flight sim operator, then you have a flight yoke. Mount it up directly onto the yoke platform on the Trak Racer rig and adjust as required into the most comfortable position.
Rigidity and Fine-tune Adjustment
Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.
DUAL-LOCK SEAT SLIDER KIT INCLUDED
The TR Premium seat slider runner kit will give you quick adjustments of the seat position and lock you in with the least amount of play.

Great design and nice accessories, they really have lifted the whole quality and results of the design refreshes.
The sim came up really nice and accurate, some postage damage that I was able to fix with some workshop time and its barely visible with the seat installed, overall a very happy customer.

The rig is solid, absolutely no flex with 28nM wheel base and hydraulic load cell pedals. I went with Trak Racer because they had availability and I preferred the design of their wheel deck, which by the way is also awesome. I really wanted a Sim Lab P1 Ultimate but they are dragging their feet to restock the US market so here we are. I have to give props to Trak Racer, they keep units in stock.
The finish of the chassis and wheel deck components aren't quite as polished or durable as they appeared in the pictures online. It feels and looks more like something purchased from Temu and is easily scratched. I really wish I had more than just two t slots on the outside of the uprights for mounting options.
Shipping was quick but poor. The boxes arrived damaged with the two outside profiles protruding through the end of the box and dented on the corners. I sent pictures to Trak Racer and their response was to proceed with assembly and alert them to any problems. As stated in several online reviews, customer support is slow to respond and not very chatty when they finally do. I did my best to hide the bent corners on the bottom and towards the pedal end of the rig.
Overall, I am pleased with the chassis but Trak Racer missed my business when it came time to purchase wheel base, pedals, etc. I believe 4 stars is more than fair considering the overall experience. I would advise anyone interested in this chassis to purchase it as it is a fine rig.
