The TR40S FLIGHT SIMULATOR is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR80 Lite. The TR40S ticks all of the boxes for a Flight Sim Rig that demands to be the most adjustable in its class with thicker aluminium profile walls than its competition and includes the best designed mounts and 40x40mm aluminium brackets for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights. It's strong and extremely adjustable!

Secure and Adjustable

If you’re a serious flight sim operator, then you have a flight yoke. Mount it up directly onto the yoke platform on the Trak Racer rig and adjust as required into the most comfortable position.

Rigidity and Fine-tune Adjustment

Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.

    Sim rig TR40S

    There was a delay with the delivery which scared me a bit after reading through the reviews of other situations. Got in contact via email and got updates of reasoning of delay. Took about 3 weeks to get it which was not bad, all things considered. In terms of the rig, very good quality and sturdy. Took me some time to figure out the instructions to set it up, but overall it went OK. Happy with the purchase and already got other parts from them without any delay. Only wish to get more communication when spending this kind of money, asie from that , all good 👍

    Good quality, easy build, love it!

    I am very impressed with the TR40S. It's solid, versatile, highly adjustable, easy to work with and I love that it came with extra hardware (nuts, bolts, t-slot nut thingies, etc...). The instructions were easy to follow (my only suggestion would be to include the part number on the hardware packaging that matches what is on the instructions... not a biggie though, you can match by using the size notation that IS included on the packaging). I managed to mount a BMW E90 seat that I found on fb marketplace, without any additional adapters.

    My only disappointment is with the caster wheels I got with it... because they extend beyond the side of the extrusions, it creates a lot of leverage that ends up twisting the extrusion, and everything sags and is not solid. I ordered 4 more in the hopes that 8 wheels will be better, maybe putting them on alternate sides of the extrusion will balance things out. This does not detract from the quality of the cockpit itself though, with which I am very happy.

    Great for minimal space

    The tr40s is great if you do not have a lot of space. It's strong and once together we'll built. It came packaged well and was easy to assemble. Perfectly happy with the outcome and added in 3d parts from my printer. Thank you trak racer.

    Track racer rig

    This rig is very well made and is better than expected. It meets all my expectations and then some. Has improved my performance and overall racing experience.

    I race several different types of cars on iRacing from dirt sprint cars to endurance races. It is adaptable and comfortable. Very solid and is working out great for me.
