The TR40S FLIGHT SIMULATOR is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR80 Lite. Secure and Adjustable

Rigidity and Fine-tune Adjustment

Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.

    Great value!

    Fantastic rig for the price. High quality parts and fixtures, zero flex in the pedal plate and the wheel mount. Fast shipping, easy to assemble and a relatively small footprint that doesn't take up too much room.

    Completed my build with a seat from Vosta and sim gear from Moza Racing, everything bolted up perfectly with plenty of room for adjustability.

    I'm a slim 6'10, I fit comfortably with room to spare, I would definitely recommend this for people looking for a budget friendly / entry level option.

    TR40S

    I recently purchased the TR40S and am very pleased with it. I didn't want to spend a lot, but I wanted something durable and that would give me the opportunity to make upgrades whenever necessary. The rig is very solid and heavy (25 kg) and holds up well to me (I weigh 100 kg) and the Fanatec GT DD Pro. My construction skills are quite basic, but assembling the rig was very easy and enjoyable! (Many YouTube videos say it's difficult, but it's not!). Regarding the delivery time (I live on Madeira Island, Portugal), it took 7 days. A very good time, considering other purchases I've made from well-known online stores.

    But not everything was perfect, the box arrived with a large tear and some parts missing. I'd like to highlight the service provided by Gab A. He was very helpful with all the insignificant questions I had (although I couldn't get him to offer me gloves due to the lack of screws! :] )

    It's a product and company I highly recommend!

    Hello, after a few months of use, I can finally write a review for Sim rig TR40s..... For the selling price I paid, there is nothing better on the market at the moment. TR did it superbly, from the quality of the aluminium profile to the assembly itself, everything is DIY friendly. At first I was skeptical about the 40x40 aluminium profile, but after a few months of use, I can only praise the team that worked on the design. The rig is strong enough when standing on the floor, and there is no twisting of the material. For me personally, the frame was a bit too short, so I used a side chassis support to lengthen the entire frame a bit and add another corner bracket to the left and right under the seat and now the complete construction is even stronger and I would recommend to potential buyers that this is the first upgrade in any case. For modularity and a large selection of accessories and spare parts I can only give TR a thumbs up.

    The Recliner Seat is super comfortable and is definitely the right choice for people who have a problem with bucket seats like me for example, while the seating position can be adjusted very well so that you are satisfied in the end. The monitor stand is very well made and designed, and in combination with the VESA mount, the options are countless so that the setup ultimately suits the person who uses it.

    My recommendation is if you use a monitor stand, side chassis support is a must have because of the better stability of the entire chassis. The…

    A true game-changer

    This is really a game-changer. The TR40S for that price is a fantastic buy. I really would love to see other companies counter-offer this type of rig. It is really a good, good buy.

    The points of attention for this rig that I have are the anodizing, shifter holder bar length and tilting possibility of the wheelbase holder but those are very small points of attention. What I would like to recommend, especially for those that value comfort is to add some wheels under the rig to make it come a bit higher. I do think that the seating position is really low and for those of us with some age, it helps with getting in and out of it. Another recommendation would be to have a seat with seat rails on it for general comfort. A suggestion that I might have for Trak Racer is to add a "color-pack". I already appreciate that they add the red rubber strips, but it would be nice if they would step up on the color a bit more. Add some different colors as standard in the package and have for example connector pieces or decorative plates in other colors too as add-ons.

    That being said I want to leave you with a final thought. Most of the times, I really have a feeling that the prices that manufacturers ask for hardware is inflated, that if I add up the materials provided with the effort of designing and margin are simply not in balance. This is not the case with this TR40S. When you buy, build and use this, you will have 0 regrets for the amount of hard-earned money you paid for this. I can…
