TR8 Pro Flight Simulator

The TR8 Pro is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR8. From 2018 to 2021, the TR8 was the King of Sim Racing Rigs and now, it’s the King of Flight Sim Rigs. It ticks all of the boxes for a Flight Simulator Rig that assembles in 30-60 minutes. It's Strong, Adjustable, and has an Integrated Monitor Stand. In the usual Trak Racer way, we gathered customer feedback from over 10,000 TR8 owners to develop the TR8 PRO.

Left and Right Side Mounts Included

With all the adjustment you need for your left and right-side flight controls from any major brand, you’ll be able to hit the skies in absolute comfort.

Secure and Adjustable

If you’re a serious flight sim operator, then you have a flight yoke. Mount it up directly onto the yoke platform on the Trak Racer wheel stand and adjust as required into the most comfortable position.

Rigidity and Fine-Tune Adjustment

Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.

Dual-Lock Seat Slider Kit Included

The TR Premium seat slider runner kit will give you quick adjustments of the seat position and lock you in with the least amount of play.

More Adjustable and Strengthened Wheel Mount

We have added a wheel mount slider to the TR8 PRO to give you 130mm forward and back adjustment with the use of proprietary ball-bearing-assisted sliders. We have also strengthened the 2" tube to withstand up to 30nm direct drive steering wheel torque without flex.

More Adjustable and Strengthened Left or Right Side Shifter Mount

The shifter mount has been strengthened by increasing the thickness of the mount and also the plate on the simulator that it mounts to. We have even added mounting points to enable the shifter mount to move forwards and back.

Strengthened Pedal Plate

The TR8 PRO has been improved to withstand up to 180kgs of braking for force without flex. We have also added pre-drilled mounting points for more new pedal sets on the market and the slide function on the TR8 remains - so you can get those pedals exactly where you need them!

    Well constructed, could use some tweaks

    First of all, I am an engineer with many years experience, so not some kid with a random opinion. I am impressed with the overall quality; the thick steel laser cut pieces, threaded holes and sturdy mounts are great. Not to mention the textured powder coating. I mounted an automotive seat using your adapter and had to drill more holes to make it fit. The main yoke mount in front of the pilot is a bit too high. There is some adjustability but I ended up drilling holes in the side brackets and moving the center platform down a couple more inches. The side mounts for stick and throttle are sturdy, but could really use some adjustability front to back. I found them too far forward. (I am 6'2", so should be able to reach pretty far. ) I re-drilled mounting holes in the side bars to move the mounts back a couple of inches; could me moved back further still. Also, for a flight simulator, there should be some provision to mount the throttle controls to the right of the main yoke. I used the spare throttle mounting plate and drilled holes to fit the 3 holes to the right of the yoke. This is now the throttle / pitch / mixture mounting plate. The rudder mounting platform is good but it would be really nice to have easier adjustability when someone else wants to use the rig. I was thinking of mounting an inexpensive seat slider under the pedals to make adjustment simple. The monitor mount is good and sturdy, but the VESA arms are a bit of a pain.     Definitely recommend

    I purchased the tr8 pro flight sim. I am very pleased with the quality of the build. I yet to install my VKB Gladitors Hosas. I have the racing part of it set up right now. Just have to build or reconfigure the right hand side for my sticks to fit with hitting g the shifter and handbrake.
