The TR80S FLIGHT SIMULATOR is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR80 MK5. The TR80S ticks all of the boxes for a Flight Sim Rig that demands to be the most adjustable it’s class with thicker aluminium profile walls than its competition and includes the best designed mounts and 80x40mm aluminium brackets for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights. Secure and Adjustable

If you’re a serious flight sim operator, then you have a flight yoke. Mount it up directly onto the yoke platform on the Trak Racer rig and adjust as required into the most comfortable position.

Rigidity and Fine-tune Adjustment

Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.

    Cockpit

    The profile itself is excellent; assembly is fairly straightforward, and the instructions are clear. The only downside is the quality of the bolts: if you overtighten them, you risk stripping the heads. I ruined a couple of bolts, but fortunately, there were spares included, so I simply swapped them out. I didn't build this cockpit primarily for sim racing; I mostly use it for ETS2 and ATS, though I do play the occasional rally game. I’m used to sitting upright, like in a standard car seat, whereas this cockpit is designed for a more reclined driving position. It felt uncomfortable at first, so I had to buy a few extra parts to raise the seating position. Now, however, it’s very comfortable—it really feels like sitting in a truck cab.

    TLDR, the sim rig is much better than I expected. After reading plenty of reviews online about trak racer I was a bit skeptical, but they were very efficient. Everything I ordered arrived within 2 weeks. The rig itself is great, don’t experience any flex on the rig other than the seat setup. But I think thats partially due to the rail slider system. I would recommend this as the perfect middle ground to get into sim racing. Assembly reasonably takes about 7-8 hrs but instructions were very straight forward.

    Have used the rig for about 2 months now and 0 complaints with it.

    Got the TR80 to upgrade from a wheel stand, yep right decision. This thing is such great value.

    Amazing rig

    This is a sturdy well made sim rig. I have a Moza R12 wheel base and there is no flex anywhere. I’m 230lbs and this rig has no flex when I’m getting in or out or when the ffb is torquing the wheel. Would highly recommend. Ordered 1st of march, and received end of March. Don’t think you will build this in a few hours unless you have a crew of 3 or more people helping. It is an all day build by yourself. I am still waiting on the universal wheel mount that I ordered at the same time as I did the rest and it has been on back order and was supposed to ship first of May, just notified that it won’t ship till June. Overall I am completely satisfied with everything I have received so far. Great customer service as far as keeping me posted on my back order.
