The TR80S FLIGHT SIMULATOR is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR80 MK5. The TR80S ticks all of the boxes for a Flight Sim Rig that demands to be the most adjustable it’s class with thicker aluminium profile walls than its competition and includes the best designed mounts and 80x40mm aluminium brackets for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights. It's Strong, Extremely Adjustable, and has a huge list of available accessories. In the usual Trak Racer way, we gathered customer feedback from thousands of TR160 owners to develop the TR80S FLIGHT SIMULATOR.

With all the adjustment you need for your left and right-side flight controls from any major brand, you’ll be able to hit the skies in absolute comfort.

Secure and Adjustable

If you’re a serious flight sim operator, then you have a flight yoke. Mount it up directly onto the yoke platform on the Trak Racer rig and adjust as required into the most comfortable position.

Rigidity and Fine-tune Adjustment

Mount your rudders directly onto the pedal baseplate of the simulator and adjust the position on the micro side slider or angle to get it into the perfect position.

    Great First Rig, Very Solid

    I picked up this Aluminum Profile Rig alongside the Simagic Alpha Evo Pro bundle with the P1000 pedals and GT Neo Wheel and I haven't been disappointed. When all put together it is a very solid rig with no noticeable movement - when everything is put together it feels like it's welded down. Additionally, I would highly recommend the caster wheels if you need to move the rig around - they are very nice and lock down solidly when in use too.

    For reference I also got the GT Rally Fiberglass TrakRacer Seat, and a TR One Wheel Mount, but the base one that comes with the TR80S is still a solid basic mount.

    Solid rig

    Great rig for the price I use a 15nm simagic alpha base and load cell pedals no flex in any of the components. Took about 5 hours to assemble only small issue is the pedal plate is bit fiddly to assemble. Would definitely recommend this rig.

    Great but a few issues.

    This sim chair is a great solid and quality rig. However there’s a fire issues. The black pain quickly and easily scratches off. Not a major issues but a silver in painted option might be nice.

    The instructions have a few mistakes in them which add a tad of frustration and the plastic covers are terrible and terrible quality.

    All in all still a solid frame just with a few minor issues.

    Awesome Cockpit

    This is a great cockpit and worth every penny. Sturdy, high quality, highly adjustable. Does not flex, even under high stress. Love it. I think this will keep me going for many many years. The set up manual could be better but not a deal breaker. Took about 4 hours to set up. Once assembled, the whole rig gives off this locked in and ready to race confidence. After using it for a while, it genuinely feels like an investment rather than a purchase.
